Cake Candle Workshop 🍰

About this experience

Make your own cake candles hosted by yours truly! You'll be given a base made out of wax and you'll learn how to create a creamy wax blend to decorate your cake while finishing off with the cutest wax toppings! 

What to Expect:

✨ Receive a 4" cake base made of wax

✨ Choose from a variety of fragrances

✨ Learn how to make cream wax and pour different drip styles

✨ Choose from a ton of wax toppings such as bears, hearts, fruits, cheese, and more!

✨ All supplies & materials are provided

✨ We recommend you wear clothes you don't mind getting a little wax/glitter on. An apron will be provided!

Workshop Details:

📅 Workshops will be available Fridays to Sundays in April and May. Please click "BOOK NOW" to see availability as some weekends/days will not have workshops scheduled.

🕗 Each workshop will last about 1.5 - 2 hrs ; there are 2 sessions per day.

Is there anything I should bring?

• clothes you don't mind getting wax/glitter on, don't worry you'll be given an apron to wear if you'd like
• hair tie if you have long hair
• optional: an idea of how you want to decorate your cake candle :)

Are the fragrances toxic?

All the fragrances provided are formulated to be phthalate free.

What wax is used? Is it non-toxic and safe?

The wax we use will be a blend of soy, beeswax, and a small amount of food-grade paraffin.

Can children attend the workshop?

Children ages 10+ are welcome to attend!

LATE POLICY:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could cause participants to arrive late to the workshop. However, to ensure the best experience for all attendees, we have implemented the following late policy:

• Arrival Time: Participants are expected to arrive promptly at the scheduled start time of the workshop. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the workshop begins to allow time for check-in and preparation.
• Grace Period: We understand that traffic delays or other issues may occasionally cause participants to arrive late. Therefore, we will allow a grace period of up to 20 minutes after the scheduled start time for late arrivals.
• Late Arrival: If a participant arrives after the grace period has expired, they may still be admitted to the workshop at the discretion of the instructor. However, please note that late arrivals may miss important instructions or demonstrations, which could impact their ability to fully participate in the workshop.
• Communication: If you anticipate being late to the workshop or encounter unexpected delays, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but cannot guarantee admission after the grace period has expired.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may arise that require participants to cancel their registration for the workshop. Please review the following refund and cancellation policy:

• Cancellation by Participant:
  
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of the workshop will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation by Organizer:
  • In the rare event that we need to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
• Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days of the cancellation request.
  • Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
• Transfer of Registration:
  • If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in advance to make arrangements for the transfer. Email us their full names please!
• No-Shows:
  • Participants who do not attend the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the refund and cancellation policy outlined above.
